Hazardous Environments

KräftigLED Industrial LEDs are designed specifically to withstand the harsh conditions in mining/hazardous environments. KraftigLED have a range of Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosion proof fittings.

Warranty

KräftigLED luminaires are covered by up to a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty and have a lifetime of in excess of up to 150,000 @ L70.

This covers all manufacturing defects and premature failures of our light fixtures. KraftigLED are the world leaders in LED hazardous lighting supply. Our diodes have a depreciation of < 1% after 6000hrs @ 55 degrees celsius.

Flicker Rating

KräftigLED Industrial LEDs are designed to the highest standard. Flicker rating tests rated to < 3% degradation.

(K) Colour Temperature

KräftigLED can provide a Kelvin value to suit your needs. From 2000K – 5000K giving customers there desired choice across the full spectrum from amber to white.

Power Surges

KräftigLED light fittings are supplied with a mean-well driver as standard that is oversized as standard to accomodate against dirty power or power surges. The Highbay, Street Lighting and Hazard Lighting have a surge protection of > 5000 kVA.

(CRI) Colour Rendering

KräftigLED provide as a minimum across all our diodes a colour rendering index of > 85ra. Setting a new benchmark in the industry. KraftigLED can provide a colour rendering index of > 90 raon request.

(IK) Impact Protection

KräftigLED linear hazard and circular high bays are tested and certified to Australian IK09 Impact Protection standards.

(IP) Ingress Protection

KräftigLED have a range of lighting that are up to IP68. Our standard for industrial lighting such as Highbay, Hazard & Lanterns are all minimum IP67.
